All cancellations should be made in writing by e-mail to Antonio Correia (info@nanopt.org).

Cancellations made between November 20 and December 13, 2015 will qualify for a full refund less a 50€ administration fee, plus credit card charges if applicable.

Any cancellation made between December 14 and January 04, 2016, will qualify for a 50% refund.

No refund will be issued for cancellations made after January 05, 2016.
